held on December 30, 2010.
Not only did David pick up the
feature victory, he also turned
the fastest lap of any competitor,
with an average speed of

4/2/11...Danny Lasoski of Dover, Missouri made his first
race with the National Championship Racing Association
of Park City, Kansas presented by Smiley’s Racing
Products sprint car division a profitable one as he took
the lead with ten laps to go then cruised to victory in the
series season opener at 81 Speedway Saturday night.
This event was the largest sprint car count in NCRA
history, with 49 drivers competing.

for good with three laps to go in the Icebreaker
Challenge at Eagle Raceway on April 30th.
Dover battled with Mark Pace the entire race.
“I was nervous the whole time, I can tell you”
Dover related. He concluded the interview by
saying “When that last red flag came out, I told
myself ‘Be patient’. I figured he’d go high on the
restart, but when he moved to the bottom in 1 &
2 in front of me I said again ‘Don’t worry’. I finally
got by him and then just set sail”.

WHIT WINS OCRS AT THUNDERBIRD
Posted 5/3/11...Two weeks after having a "first
place car and a seventeenth place driver" Moore,
Oklahoma's Whit Gastineau cracked victory lane
for the first time in 2011 in his 2W sprint car on
April 29th in OCRS competition. Whit would
sweep every race that he participated in by
leading every lap that he was on the track in his
Shell Rapid Lube, Allen Competition Engines,
Exterior Specialties, Douglas Carburetors, Red
Rock Racing Fuels, Goodyear Race Tires, Eagle
Motorsports Chassis race car. Up next is the
Outlaw Motor Speedway near Wainwright,
Oklahoma a place where he won the last OCRS
race contested there last season.

CARSON CRACKS KNOXVILLE VICTORY LANE
Posted 5/3/11...16-year-old Carson McCarl took
the checkers first at the 305 sprint opener at
Knoxville Raceway on April 30th.
In victory lane with his proud mom, Carson was
one of three Eagle Motorsports chassis feature
winners at Knoxville on April 30th.
Carson became the youngest feature winner in
Knoxville Raceway history.

at Knoxville has been a lifelong dream, and he
accomplished it with a win in the 360 class. The
Pleasant Hill, Iowa driver took off from his pole
position starting spot and never looked back in
his win.

Racing Series feature win at the Outlaw Motor
Speedway near Muskogee, Ok on May 6.
Starting the feature outside the front row Whit
would run second until the 8th lap when the
leader jumped the cushion and hit the wall
ending his night. Now in the lead Whit would
cruise around the bottom leading the final 17
laps taking the win in his Shell Rapid Lube,
Allen Competition Engines, Exterior
Specialties, Douglas Carburetors, Red Rock
Racing Fuels, Goodyear Race Tires, Eagle
Motorsports Chassis 2W sprint car. Next up
for Whit is OCRS at Oklahoma Sports Park in

Posted 5/11/11...15 year old Zack Spaulding of
Springfield, Oregon, got back to the winners circle in
the opening Limited Sprint race at Cottage Grove
Speedway.
Zack jumped to the top on the first lap from his front
row outside position and lead every lap.
His 1999 Eagle was a little tight, but as he put it, “It
was bad fast tight”. After being shut out of wins in
the 2010 season, but finishing 2nd in points, Zack
said it felt good to be back in victory lane.

would power around the big 4/10s mile
oval to take the victory in his Shell

Brill Motor Speedway in the
Champ Sprint A Main Friday
night, May 13 in the J.D. Porter
owned Eagle Chassis.
This was only Jason's 5th time in
a Sprint Car after running Mini
Sprints for many years. Jason
ran 3rd on 4/29 and 2nd on
5/6...so it was fitting to pick up the
win next time out!
