Tony Hunt and owner Alan Kaiser captured Saturday night’s 50-lap USAC Western Sprint Car race at Stockton 99 Speedway. The victory in the “Gerhardt Open Wheel Classic” feature put Hunt atop the early USAC Western Sprint Car standings. Mike Murgoitio was fast qualifier. All Star veteran Greg “Wild Man” Wilson has retained the All Star Circuit of Champions season points lead after a fierce battle at Eldora Speedway this past weekend. Wilson’s car owner, Verl Warnimont, leads the Owner Points with his All Star Plumbing & Heating sponsored #w20.< Terry McCarl, six-time Knoxville Raceway track champion, conquered the field once again at Knoxville Raceway Saturday night to capture the 53rd season opener. Troy Little created a little slice of history in the Best Hino #20 Eagle when he ran away from the field to win Timmis Speedway in Mildura.
